Paul is the man. He truly understands every car he works on and is a professional. He also makes a point to explain why something needs to be done, instead of just telling you it does. EU cares about the customer experience. I’ll never get any car of mine serviced anywhere else as long as I’m in CLT. Ethan is also a superb POC, very knowledgeable and professional all around here. 11/10

These are very personable young men who are excellent at what they do. They don’t gouge you for Diagnostics like Pep Boys and They repair what is needed on your car with care and confidence. I will take my car nowhere else moving forward. My car is driving like a new car. It needed the gearshift replaced.
